All Dax Industries machines come with a 1 year UK parts warranty* facilitated through our Coventry Depo

*Machines must be appropriately maintained*
*Daily inspections completed*
*Excludes mechanical damage resulting from abuse & incorrect operation*

Warranty Claim Procedure 

​

1. you will provide clear photographs & videos to fully identify the fault 

2. we will clarify parts required / confirm fault has not occurred due to the above exclusions 

3. we will attempt to dispatch parts as soon as practically possible typically on a next day delivery service (subject to parts availability)

4. we may request failed parts to be returned to our Coventry Depo for future product improvement

Our 1 year parts warranty policy strictly covers parts only! No labour warranty is provided! this allows Dax Industries  "Affordable Power" ethos to be reflected in all our machine prices as we haven't the operational cost of nationwide service engineers. We will however get parts out to you as fast as practically possible & provide all the help you need over the phone to fix these very simple "Nut & Bolt" machines if an issue ever occurred.
